M. Anthony Mills is a resident senior fellow and director of science policy at the R Street Institute, and a senior fellow at the Pepperdine School of Public Policy. He was formerly the associate editor of The New Atlantis and the executive editor of Big Questions Online. He received a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and writes on science and philosophy.
